Today was just water. And yesterday was too. I have this trigger in my head,I won’t stop until I reach my goal. Call me stupid or whatever you want,but I am so sick of wishing for my body to be perfect after working out 5days in a week and eating healthy. Screw it. I’ll get the body I want NOW. Keep strong.
